Our 4th Craftsmanship Series release, Ginger Beer Cask whisky, is crafted from 100% Rye grain aged for 7 years and bottled at 50% ABV. To take this limited-edition product to the next level, we fermented Ginger beer in-house, and used it to season bourbon barrels for 44 days. Our 100% Rye whisky was then finished in those casks for 12 weeks, infusing it with a delightful twist of ginger that enhances the natural complexity of the rye.
