What do I need bring with me to the store? 

You need to bring valid Identification and your preferred method of payment.

How can I check my order status?

Order status is displayed in the account section of our website, under “order history”.

How will I be notified when my order is ready for pickup?

As soon as your order is ready for pickup, an email/text message will be sent to you. You can collect your order from the customer service desk at your selected location.

Is there a service fee for in-store pickup                                            

No, there is no additional cost to shopping on our e-commerce platform.

Can I modify my order after I've placed it?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be edited once they have been placed. If you wish to swap out products, please communicate this to our store team.

What do I need to bring with me when picking up my order?

Please ensure you have your valid government-issued picture identification and your preferred payment method. The ID will be used to verify your identity during pickup, and you will be required to pay for your order in store.

When can I collect my order?

When your order is ready for pickup, you will be notified via email/ text message. Orders are typically fulfilled within 24 hours.

Where can I locate the receipt for my order?

Order details can be found on the “Order History” section of your account profile. Just click on the order number and the order details will be displayed.
