A Single Cask Barrel selected by Ryan Engen exclusively for Wine & Beyond, this Taber Corn Berbon was bottled at higher proof for a an elevated flavour profile that includes a rich caramel flavour on the nose transforming into a butterscotch sweetness. On the front of the palate is an oaky char that slowly turns into creme brulee with the intense caramel char and vanilla sweet custard. Lingering notes of crisp apples stay in the mouth longer afterwards.
