Black berries and cherries with flowers and orange peel. Crushed stone. Some graphite. Iron. Flint stone. It’s medium- to full-bodied. Firm and polished tannins. Very typical and classic. Best ever? 96% merlot and 4% cabernet franc. Needs four or five years to come around. (Holiday Tax Exempt)
