Ancient "head-pruned" Pais vines, planted in the early 1900s, a testament to our heritage. This wine, 100% Pais, hails from a sub-sector with smaller pristine grapes. This is a very subtle, very elegant version of Pais wine. Starting with the color, which is light, with ocher tones. The aromas are floral and earthy, with hints of red fruits. The palate reveals the firm and tense tannins of the wine, that slight rusticity. (Holiday Tax Exempt)
