Gamay, Cabernet, Airen, and Côt are blended to create a still wine that is bottled with liqueur de tirage, a mixture of sugar and selected yeasts. Inside the bottle, the yeast consumes the sugar, converting it into alcohol while releasing carbon dioxide, which forms the bubbles in the wine. The bottles are then aged for nine months sur lattes to enhance aromatic complexity. A dry dosage is added as a final touch to this elegant cuvée, resulting in fruity flavors, smooth bubbles, and a sweet-tart finish.
