Made from Garnacha grapes, this Extra Seco sparkling rosé is off-dry, showcasing an excellent balance between dryness and sweetness. It features balanced acidity, fruitiness, and fine bubbles. The wine has a raspberry pink color with good bubble detachment, forming a very fine persistent bead. Aromas of red fruits such as raspberry, strawberry, and currant are prominent. On the palate, it is structured with balanced acidity and an elegant finish. This sparkling rosé is ideal for enjoying on its own or pairing with food. Serve at a temperature of 6-8°C.
